For Clients

How do I book an appointment?
Browse barbers at anywherecuts.com/book, select a barber, choose a service and available time slot, then pay securely with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card. No account is required to book, but creating one lets you manage bookings, earn loyalty points, and message your barber.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Sign in to your account and visit My Bookings. You can cancel upcoming appointments from there. Cancellation policies vary by barber — check the barber's profile for their specific policy before booking. If a barber cancels your appointment, you'll receive a full refund automatically.
What happens if my barber cancels?
If a barber cancels your confirmed appointment, you will receive a full refund automatically processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn points for every completed appointment. Points accumulate toward Silver (500 pts) and Gold (1,000 pts) tiers. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future bookings — 100 points = $1 off. Points balance is shown in your client dashboard under Loyalty.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Anywherecuts works entirely in your browser on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop. There's no app to download.

For Barbers

How do I set up my profile?
After creating an account as a barber, go to My Profile in your dashboard. Add your bio, services (with prices and durations), availability schedule, and portfolio photos. Your profile won't be visible to clients until it's approved by our team — approval typically takes under 24 hours.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are made through Stripe Connect directly to your bank account. Standard payouts arrive within 2–7 business days after a booking is marked complete. Pro subscribers can request instant payouts (1% fee, minimum 50 cents) which arrive within minutes to a linked debit card.
What are the platform fees?
On the Free plan, Anywherecuts charges a small percentage of each transaction (see Platform Settings for the current rate). Pro subscribers pay a flat monthly fee and may access reduced transaction rates. There are no setup fees or monthly minimums on the Free plan.
How do I manage my availability?
Go to Availability in your dashboard. Set your available days and hours. Clients can only book during your listed available hours. You can block specific dates (e.g., vacations) and set different hours per day of the week.
What is the no-show policy?
If a client doesn't show up for a confirmed appointment, mark it as "No Show" in your schedule. The system records this against the client. Pro subscribers have access to no-show protection — contact support for details on how this applies to your account.
How do I get my booking link?
Go to My Profile in your dashboard and scroll to the Booking Link section. Pro subscribers can set a custom URL slug (e.g., anywherecuts.com/book/your-name). Free users get an auto-generated link. Share this link anywhere — Instagram bio, Google Business, text messages.

For Shop Owners

How do I list a booth rental?
From your shop dashboard, go to Booth Listings and click "New listing." Add a title, description, weekly/monthly pricing, amenities, and up to 6 photos. Photos are the #1 factor in attracting quality applicants — add real photos of the space. Your listing goes live immediately.
How do barber applications work?
Barbers browsing anywherecuts.com/booths can apply to your listing. You'll receive an email notification and can review applications in your Applications tab. You can mark applications as Reviewing, Accepted, or Declined. Aim to respond within 48 hours — barbers choose quickly.
How do I add barbers to my shop?
Go to Staff → Invite Code. Share your unique 6-character shop code with barbers. They enter it at Dashboard → My Shop → Join a Shop. Once connected, their bookings appear in your shop analytics and they appear on your shop profile.
Can I set different booth rental rates?
Yes. Each booth listing can have its own daily, weekly, monthly, and commission-based rate. This lets you offer different rates for different booths or time periods.
Is the shop owner account free?
Yes. Creating a shop profile and listing booth rentals is completely free. You manage your team, applications, and listings at no cost. Pro features for shop owners (advanced analytics, priority listing) are available on a paid subscription.

Account & Billing

How do I delete my account?
Go to your dashboard Settings and scroll to the bottom. You'll find an account deletion option. Deleting your account removes your profile, bookings history, and personal data within 30 days. Financial records required for tax compliance are retained for 7 years as required by law.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to your dashboard under Subscription. You can cancel at any time — you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I update my payment method?
Barbers and shop owners with subscriptions can update their payment method in the Subscription section of the dashboard. Clients update payment methods at checkout — card details are managed by Stripe and not stored by Anywherecuts.
